Claims not published without proof
- Best, top, most trusted, guaranteed, or universally recommended claims
- Project photos, reviews, warranties, credentials, or service times without attribution and permission
- Insurance coverage or storm-causation promises
- A local office, crew, address, or availability that is not real
- Universal roof lifespan, savings, payback, or replacement cost
Originality and page-value controls
A town or service page must answer a distinct set of property, access, roof-system, or decision questions. Changing only a place name or keyword is not enough reason to publish a page.
Before indexing is enabled, the site owner checks every page for repetition, unsupported claims, source accuracy, practical value, and normal homeowner language. A page that does not earn its place is revised, combined, or removed.
Review and correction
Time-sensitive registration, health, permit, incentive, and program details are checked against the responsible source during review. Published dates describe publication; reviewed dates change only after a substantive check or update.
