Information collected
- Name and the phone number or email address you choose to provide
- Service address, town, optional ZIP, and optional property relationship
- Roof service type, visible symptoms, optional approximate age/material and building details, and timing
- Optional notes about storm timing and claim status without policy numbers
- Campaign parameters such as UTM tags, gclid, or msclkid when they are present in the page URL, used to understand which outreach produced a request
- Contact-form topic and message when you send a non-project inquiry
- A short-lived, one-way security identifier derived from network information to limit repeated automated submissions; the rate-limit record does not contain a raw IP address
- Technical records needed for security, fraud prevention, and service operation
Why it is used
- Review the roofing request and identify a suitable company serving the property
- Allow that company to contact you about the request
- Document and support the connection
- Prevent spam, investigate errors, and protect the service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms
Sharing
Roofing-request information may be shared with an independent roofing company when you consent. General inquiries are reviewed for the topic selected and are not sent to a roofing company unless doing so is necessary to answer a company-participation question or you separately authorize it. Limited information may also be processed by hosting, database, communications, analytics, CRM, and security vendors used to operate the service.
A request is not distributed to multiple roofing companies unless that arrangement is clearly disclosed to you and accepted before sharing.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion measurement when an advertising campaign is running, to understand which pages and campaigns produce roofing requests. These services set cookies and receive standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, device and browser. IP addresses are anonymized where the setting is available.
Personal details from the request and contact forms are never sent to an analytics or advertising platform. When a request is submitted, the event recorded contains only the roofing service selected, the town, and the page or campaign the request came from — not your name, address, phone number, email address, or the description of your roof.
You can prevent this collection with browser settings, an ad or tracking blocker, or Google's own opt-out tools. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a request.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads conversion measurement when a campaign is active
- No cookies are used to identify you personally or to build a profile on this site
- No advertising, social, chat, or session-recording scripts from any other company
Retention, access, and deletion
The operating default removes stored request and inquiry details after 90 days. A deployment may set a different documented period between 30 and 730 days when legal or operational needs require it. Rate-limit fingerprints stop affecting submissions after the short abuse-prevention window, and stale entries are removed during later form activity. Use the contact form to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
Consent and contact
Submitting a roofing request authorizes contact about that request. The website does not precheck marketing consent. If a future call is recorded, a separate notice and applicable consent process are required before recording begins.
